The Recorder of Deeds Office currently utilizes the following fee
schedule:
PLEASE NOTE!
Beginning January 1, 2002, documents which do not meet the
requirements set forth in RsMO §59.005 and as outlined in the
General Document Filing Requirements , may be recorded only
for non-compliance fee of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars
in addition to any and all fees as
outlined below.
