The Recorder of Deeds Office takes Marriage License applications, issues Marriage Licenses, files the license after marriage, and maintains a permanent record, alphabetically, of both male and female and the date of marriage.

You may click on the application form on this page to display a full-size Marriage License application.  Then you may print this page from your Web Browser, fill in the application, and bring the completed form to our offices.  We will then transfer the information to our official form, making application time shorter.
