Survey Requirements

The following information is required for the proper filing and recording of Surveys including subdivisions, out lots, or condominiums:

  1. All requirements as outlined in the General Document Filing Requirements

  2. Name of person requesting survey

  3. Name and signature of surveyor and LS # and stamp

  4. Legal (tracts) section, township, and range

  5. 18 inch x 24 inch Mylar or 24 inch x 36 inch Mylar, and one paper copy for the State of Missouri
